Dockless Bike-Share Scheme Operators

Hackney Council sought suitably qualified Bidders to take part in this opportunity to operate a Dockless Bike-Share scheme in the London Borough of Hackney.

The opportunity is a Concession arrangement with up to two (2) operators (subject to the Council receiving at least 2 suitable bids). The opportunity is estimated at a value below the threshold for Concession Services under the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (CCR 2016). Hackney Council has however voluntarily elected to publish this opportunity on Find a Tender in the interest of transparency and the benefit of all suitably qualified Bidders.
