Concession Agreement - E-Scooter Trial for Salford City Council

The Authority is allowing the Operator to operate and commercialise an E-scooter hire scheme or E-scooter schemes within the Geographical Area defined in paragraph 3 of this Schedule (the Scheme)

This schedule 1 provides a design brief for the E-scooter proposition, including a series of minimum requirements. In consideration of being given the opportunity to operate and commercialise the scheme, the Operator shall meet or exceed all of the minimum requirements set out in this Schedule.
