Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Telecom Services

Description

Derbyshire Dales District Council has awarded a contract for integrated Microsoft Teams telephony with direct routing and telecom services. This is an upgrade to its existing cloud-based telephony and will enable users to make and receive calls directly through the Microsoft Teams platform. The award is a call off without re-opening competition under YPO 1229 - Network Connectivity and Telecommunication Solutions 2, Lot 6 Communication Services. The contract is for an initial term of 36 months. There is an option to extend the contract for a further 24 months. The contract value includes the option to extend and is excluding VAT. The contract costs in years 4 and 5 are subject to indexation.
