The overall output of the project will be to complete conservation area appraisals and management plans which can be approved by the council. As stated within the quotation documentation, the district is experiencing and will continue to receive high levels of growth. It is therefore important that the appraisals contain a clear focus on the appropriateness of development and its impact upon the setting of the conservation area.
