The works comprise of; • Roof repairs and chimney repairs • Replacement of flat roofs to staircases • External redecorations • Replace existing doors and screens to main entrances • Lighting upgrades (to communal) • Redecoration to staircase walls to Fire Resistant Anti-Graffiti System • Replacing windows to staircases • Concrete and render repair • Structural repairs • Walkway floor coatings to Polyurea system • Drains clearance • Patio door replacements • Glazing to balconies • Installation of bin stores Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
