Window Replacement Y Block SDGH Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust are looking to appoint a partner going forward to provide the following service. Specification Southport & Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust are looking to replace 98 timber frame windows in Y Block located in the grounds of Southport District General Hospital. • All windows are to be white internally and external Rosewood foiled woodgrain effect double glazed UPVC. The opening sections of the windows will need to have restriction functions built in which to open fully would need to be overridden. • The work must include the making good of any interior and exterior damage made due to the change of windows. • The work must include the quote must be the removal and renewal in new locations of all kitchen extract fans. • The work must include installing of all internal wooden windowsills finished in white gloss paint.
