Description

Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across Ten estates. As part of the works Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out various electrical upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms. The contract will also include conducting Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) and installing Heat Detectors and CO2 Detectors. The Contract will be operated on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
