Provision of a Technology Enabled Care Service (whole of life)

The Council wishes to work with a service provider/development partner to deliver three service elements that make up a Technology Enabled Care Service: Service Element 1 'Technology First' cultural change including a TEC Learning and Development programme and benefits realisation and tracking methodology Service Element 2 Innovation and development of technology and/or digital services for Dorset Council residents with Dorset Council. The Development Partner will develop the self-funder market and include flexibility for new projects and technology which may arise throughout the life of the contract. Service Element 3 Assessment, installation, monitoring, maintenance and delivery/collection of TEC equipment. This service will include a careline provider and where needed, a responder of last resort.
