Support and Maintenance for Subsidy Control Platform

Description

This procurement is for services in respect to Level 2, 3 and 4 platform/software support (bug fixes) and maintenance, plus software enhancement to the Subsidy Control 'Transparency Service', which provides information about subsidies awarded to businesses by UK public authorities. The contract includes an initial 2 year period, with the option for 2 further 1 year extensions to be exercised at the discretion of the authority. The price stated includes an initial onboarding period and then an ongoing support and maintenance priced at a fixed monthly cost. Any additional enhancements will be costed on a time and materials basis, in accordance with the G-Cloud 12 rate card.
