Smithfield Architect

Description

The City of London Corporation ('the City') has procured a design team to mid RIBA Stage 2 with respect to the Grade II* Smithfield East and West Market buildings, their generous basement, and the associated Grade II Rotunda. This is a site of considerable heritage and the successful team will be expected to demonstrate high quality design expertise as well as considerable experience of successfully working with listed structures. The team will include the following services; architect, structural, and cost consultant.
