This is a Contract Award Notice.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of a Glenstall IT. This work builds on the original Red Flags Framework which CQC commissioned the Patient Experience Library to develop and produce in 2023. This next phase involves translating the findings of the initial project into an analytical online tool.

This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) process.

The Contract is awarded for a total period of two months.

Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
