Infrastructure review: lessons learned from relevant sectors to unlock third party finance in heat / cooling networks in England and Wales

A report has been commissioned which is intended to provide insights from an investor's perspective of what attributes of a given infrastructure sector better enabled their participation and in so doing accelerated the rate of deployment of useful infrastructure within that sector. Lessons will be drawn relevant to heat networks
