Demographic Segmentation Tool suitable for use in the Public Sector

Southend on Sea Borough Council are looking to procure a demographic segmentation tool to provide data which will help to inform the targeting of resources / services in specific geographical locations. Help to inform the targeting of resources / services to specific groups of people whose location maybe dispersed across the borough. Help inform the access arrangements for different groups – what needs to be provided in which locations or through which medium.

Our objectives through the provision of targeted data is to: •Improve the life chances of our residents, especially our vulnerable children and adults, by working to reduce inequalities and social deprivation across our communities. •Work with and listen to our communities and partners to achieve better outcomes for all. •To promote healthy and active lifestyles for all.
