TVCA-PROC-0932 - Legal Support for Spine Framework Creation

Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) ("the contracting authority") have awarded a contract to Muckle LLP for Legal Support for a framework creation. Direct Award via NEPO 513. Muckle LLP will provide specialist legal support throughout the procurement lifecycle, including pre-procurement advice and strategy development, legal support during the live procurement process, moderation and validation of evaluation outcomes, and assistance with contract award activities. The scope also includes the provision of contingency legal support to address any issues arising during the framework establishment process, ensuring compliance with applicable procurement legislation, governance requirements, and best practice.
