Routes to Market Business Consultancy and Procurement Services The services proposed are of a consultancy nature delivered through "Procurement Management" in order to provide tangible outputs such as approach and strategy discussions and documentation, as well as the documentary artefacts required for the end to end procurement process (Procurement / Negotiation strategy, ITT or ITN inclusive of LOD (Lines of Defense) processes and mobilisation plan). This would be conducted in conjunction with the wider team, stakeholders and within the relevant governance framework. The services will encompass delivery and execution of a procurement strategy that may require the use of various procurement routes, from open to restricted to negotiated procedure. This role is involved in the development of the strategy and the development of the ITT inclusive of LOD processes, dialogue if required and final tender submission in a way that delivers high quality tenders into the final evaluation process.
