Horsham District Council - Forum & West Walk Re-Lay & Crossing Works - AWARD

Description

Horsham District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of works to relay the Forum Walkway, West Walk and Black Horse Way as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the works is scheduled to start March/April 2022. The works are expected to last three months, with a 1 year snagging period following satisfactory completion. The Council is procuring this contract following the Quotation Process under the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The contract will be the standard NEC 3 Engineering and Construction Contract Option B: priced contract with bill of quantities April 2013, with Options X7 and X16.
