Security Operations Centre - SOC

The procurement of a Security Operations Centre capability will provide comprehensive security incident detection and response services for all CQC services. The primary purpose of the SOC is to defend against unauthorised activity within computer networks, including monitoring, detection, analysis (such as trend and pattern analysis), and response and restoration activities.

The Service to be procured fall into the following eight categories: 2. SOC Management Services 3. Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) 4. Security Monitoring 5. Security Intelligence Services 6. Incident Determination 7. Internet Access Services 8. Security Reporting 9. Firewall Governance
