Description
Moat wishes to raise the quality of our retirement home, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet the needs and aspirations for current and future customers. We have identified several schemes containing bedsits which we believe are no longer suitable accommodation for older people. Moat may not be achieving the full potential of the assets, due to either rent levels or re-let times or other influences such as poor-quality communal areas. The core objective, therefore, is to enhance each scheme to maximise the suitability of each site by eliminating the bedsit elements to the greatest possible extent.
