Description

The Military Court Service (MCS) has a statutory responsibility to ensure that appropriate records are made of Service Justice proceedings, this is achieved using in-house Digital Audio Recording (DAR) equipment. The Authority has a requirement for transcriptions of Service Court proceedings; this includes Courts Martial, Service Civilian Courts, Summary Appeal Courts and other Judicial Hearings.
