TDC AS Supply and Installation of UPVC Windows and Doors - AWARD

Description

Tandridge District Council invites competent Contractors to respond to this ITT for the tender of works valued below the OJEU threshold. The Authority is seeking to appoint a single contractor to undertake the supply and installation of upvc windows and doors to Council owned properties via a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments. The contract term will be for a period of 5 years commencing on the 1 April 2020 until the 31 March 2025. The terms and conditions of the contract shall expire at 23.59 on the 31 March 2025. After this date and at the discretion of the Authority the contract may be renewed for a further maximum period of two years subject to the contractor's performance.
