Mid Devon District Council ("The Authority") has a requirement for the replacement of double glazed PVC-u windows and doors in its properties. Replacement windows must be PVC-u to match existing colour and design of windows in the building; all windows are to be replaced within the habitable areas of buildings noted on property address list within the specification/schedule of works
