Description

Specialist contractors experienced in traditional tiled roofs, masonry repairs, and lathe and plaster work to listed buildings are invited to submit their expressions of interest. Current project value up to £50,000 with two stage selection process. Possible additional phases of work up to £50,000 within a period of 5 years. Shortlist of 5 contractors will be selected based on relevant experience with conservation of listed buildings and scheduled monuments, technical capacity, H&S record and lead-in time. Please submit your expression of interest, including a statement to cover the selection criteria above and three examples of similar projects completed in the past 5 years, by 12pm on Friday 21st August, 2020.
