Supporting Young Carers and Families in Norfolk - AWARD

Norfolk County Council's Children's Services are commissioning a targeted young carers and families support service.

The service will provide an identification and information service for young carers and their families to prevent or remove inappropriate or excessive caring by children and young people and to contribute to improved health, education and overall developmental outcomes. The service will be provided directly to young carers, young adults and their families and to the universal and specialist services in the community including Schools and Health services.
