Repair and Maintenance

The City of Lincoln Council is appointing a contractor for the provision of Planned & Responsive Repairs and Maintenance to corporate commercial properties incl. Emergency Out of Hours call out service (24 hours/ 7 days a week).

The repair and maintenance shall include all trades.

The Contract will be let for an initial period of 2 (two) years intended to commence on 01/12/2019, with the option to extend for 3 (three) further period(s) of 2 (two) year(s) up to a maximum contract period of 8 (eight) years.
