Support for GGSS and BUS Budget Tracker Amendments

Description

Ofgem has previously had a bespoke budget tracker created which supports the accurate budget management of Green Gas Support Scheme (GGSS) applications within the scheme and supporting standard operating procedure (SOP) for usage of the calculator. From time to time there are changes in the regulations which impact on the tracker and so require the ability to update when required to ensure remains functional. Ofgem requires support from a supplier to be able to make amendments to this budget tracker and amendments to supporting SOP - as and when required by government scheme.
