Epping Forest DC - Technical Support for the Local Plan

Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) is seeking to commission consultants to provide technical support in the preparation of the Local Plan in order to go out to a Regulation 18 Consultation in October/November 2016.

The two main areas of work are to undertake the site selection process and take forward an associated infrastructure delivery plan. It is critical that this work is undertaken in conformity with the policy in the National Planning Policy Framework and Planning Practice Guidance and with the Government’s regulations on Local Plans. The work should take account of recent Inspectors decisions and the Local Plan timetable.
