DMNV 028 - *PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT* Biochar Pyrolysis Production Plant - Bridgnorth

Shropshire Council ("the Council") seeks to award a contract for the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation & maintenance of a biomass "Pyrolysis Plant" ("the Plant"), including the provision of instrumentation, control and automation of the equipment, civils and electrical works for a biomass pyrolysis facility supplied by the Council at Old Worcester Road in Bridgnorth , United Kingdom ("the Contract "). The purpose of the preliminary market consultation exercise is to assist the Council in understanding if there is competition (and interest) in the market for the Council's specific requirements.
