Description
The University has appointed a contractor to undertake refurbishment works to the Owen Building, Level 6 Café, STEM Café and Harmer Corridor as part of the Atrium Enabling Works. Works are to include re-decoration, new flooring covering, new fire doors, new suspended ceiling tiles and new lighting, as well as the supply and installation of a temporary Café Pod in Owen Level 6 Café. This was a mini competition from the University's Measured Term Contract for Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works.
