Support for RWT/WHT Joint Strategy

The requirement is to conduct an engagement exercise with internal and external stakeholders and conduct an external analysis of the Trust's environment. This is to support the development of a joint strategy for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. The exercise will take no longer than 10 weeks to complete.

This is a mini-competition under Lot 2 (Strategy & Policy) of the Crown Commercial Service 'Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3)', framework reference RM6187. Only suppliers registered within this framework and Lot are eligible for this competition.
