Take down existing 1800mm high closed boarded fencing and gates. Dig out and remove existing concrete fence posts and foundations. Dispose of all builders rubbish and debris. Check all service provisions and excavate to a depth of 600mm and prepare for new foundations large enough to accept at least 40kg of concrete. Erect new 2400mmm high concrete fence posts at 1800 centres. Install new 1800mm high treated timber close boarded fencing and gates.
