GB-Braintree: Cemetery Design, Dainage & Construction

NOTE: This notice was updated on 29 September 2021 for the following reason: extension required due to ITT amendment(Braintree District Council is looking for a contractor to provide a design and build quotation in order to make a site which is suitable for burials at Braintree Cemetery, including the design and construction of the drainage system, project management of the build and a burial layout design. Particular attention must be given to the prevention of limitation of groundwater pollution caused by human remains.

The section of land is approx. 1.7ha and has never been used, due to the natural saturation of the land, along with the close proximity to the River Brain. With space at a premium, we are looking to use this piece of land as an extension to our main burial area)
