Home Group - Development Engineers Framework

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced engineers who can undertake projects comprising demolition, new build and conversions. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units ranging from 1 bedroom flats to larger houses for families, together with supported housing, community and commercial buildings. Our programme over the next four years reflects our strategy to provide mixed tenure and create sustainable communities.

Home Group operates an Enterprise and Development function that identify and deliver development projects in certain regions of England and Scotland. The Home Group Development Engineers Framework will be divided into lots with each lot supporting development projects in the following regions:

? Scotland ? North East & Yorkshire ? Cumbria ? London ? South East ? South West

Additional information: It is Home Group's preference that all prospective bidders utilise our e- tendering portal to download and submit all documentation within the tender. This portal can be found at: www.housingprocurement.com. Prospective bidders must log onto the site and register as a supplier. Instructions and help are available from the home page. Once interest has been registered, Home Group is able to issue the PQQ document to prospective bidders accordingly. The completed document must then be submitted back to the portal; instructions included within the PQQ document detailing how to achieve this. Queries from bidders can also be raised within the portal by utilising the Q & A facility where they will be answered, allowing total transparency to all other participating bidders.
