Support and Maintenance Service for Gates, Barriers, Folding Doors, Roller Shutters and Appliance Bay Doors

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the provision of a Support and Maintenance Service for Gates, Barriers, Folding Doors, Roller Shutters and Appliance Bay Doors (hereinafter "the Services") installed at the premises of; • the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC) and the Chief Constable of Cheshire (CC) • the Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) and any successor body. The PCC is the Contracting Authority for the provision of the Services and is contracting on behalf of the CFA and the PCC. This ITT is broken down into two [2] Lots; Lot 1 The provision of a Support and Maintenance Service for Gate and, Barriers. Lot 2 The provision of a Support and Maintenance Service for Folding Doors, Roller Shutters and Appliance Bay Doors. Suppliers may bid for one [1] or both Lots. For site details and types of gates, barriers, folding doors, roller shutters and appliance bay doors please refer to the Pricing Schedules entitled; Lot 1 '802_11.1_Lot 1_Pricing Schedule_Gates & Barriers or Lot 2 '802_11.1_Lot 2_Pricing Schedule_Folding Doors, Roller Shutters and Appliance Bay Doors' which are included within this ITT and can be found in the document folder. Please Note: Sites and/or services are subject to change in order to accommodate the PCC's and CFA's Estates Strategy. Any figures/quantities/volumes detailed in this ITT are indicative and provided for guidance only. The contract term will be for a period of three [3] years with the option to extend the contract for a further two [2] years. The values shown are estimates for the maximum contract duration.
