Description

This Award is for a multi supplier framework agreement that will run for 2 years, with 2 optional extensions of up to 1 year each. Optional Extension 1 would commence on 1st October 2027 Optional Extension 2 would commence on 1st October 2028 There is no obligation on the Authority, any other Participating Consortium and/or any Member Institution to guarantee any minimum levels of spend under this Framework Agreement, nor any commitment to appoint the Supplier for any particular order for Software. LUPC provides framework agreements for member institutions to access via call off contracts. The estimated total spend figure is an estimate of the highest possible value of this framework agreement during its term and all potential extensions.
