Chemistry Building - Dover Street Wing

Description

This is a PCSA. The project consists of the partial strip-out and fit-out of Level 2, Level 3, and Level 5 of the Dover Street Wing within the Chemistry Building. These floors are currently being used as laboratories and in the main these are to be decommissioned. The fit-out includes the provision of new laboratory accommodation on the 2nd floor with the remaining spaces being converted into cellular offices, seminar room and co-working spaces. At the completion of the fit out works, the remaining redundant infrastructure and associated fans will be decommissioned and removed.
