The provision of minor roofing services to housing properties

Description

The contract is for the provision of minor roofing services and repairs only to the Council's housing properties. Each task allocated to the successful contractor will be subject to a maximum value of £1,000.00 (excluding VAT and the costs of associated scaffolding, if any is required). All roofing repairs that have an estimated value in excess of £1,000.00 will be subject to alternative quotations. The Council does not commit to requiring any volume of services during the contract term. Additional information: Tenders must be submitted through the capitalesourcing.com electronic portal by the closing date and in accordance with the Council's instructions. Tenders submitted in any other way will not be considered for acceptance. Tenders are to be submitted based upon the application of the M3 NHF Version 6.2 Schedule of Rates.
