Drain clearances, CCTV drain surveys and repairs services

Description

The services required by the Council include drain unblocking and jetting, soil stack and waste pipe unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs, drain relining, septic tank cleaning, grease trap emptying and cleaning and minor construction works etc. and are generally set out in the extract from the NHF V6.2 Schedule of Rates included in the tender documentation. The contract is for minor drainage services only and these will be subject to a maximum value of £1,000 (excluding VAT). All drainage services that are required by the Council that have an estimated value in excess of £1,000 will be subject to alternative quotations. Additional information: Tenders must be submitted via the Council's e-tendering portal by the closing time and date. Tenders cannot be accepted in any other way. Tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price / 20% Quality all as set out in the Council's tender documentation.
