Thirteen Group – Fairfield Externals Scheme 2016-17

The Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of 54 properties on the Fairfield Estate, Stockton-On-Tees. As part of project, Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake renewal of rain water system and roofline including door canopies. The contract is to be on a “Supply & Install” basis. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group.
