Lutterworth East - Stub Road Works

Description

The appointed Contractor is to construct a stub road access from the A4304 into the B8 development (southern site) at Lutterworth East. The works comprise approximately 30 metres of carriageway aligned with the future consented access arrangement for the B8 scheme. The stub road will: • Provide temporary construction access • Be designed and constructed to accommodate construction traffic loads • Function ultimately as a sacrificial kerbed hardstanding area Call-Off Contract awarded as result of a Further Competition under CCS Framework RM6088 Lot 1.2.1: 'Civil Engineering Works & Minor Associated Building Works & Services-North England' Awarded value is £296,933.39 ex VAT
