SC23159 - LRA Public PC Cleaning

LRA need to re-tender the contract for the cleaning of public use ICT equipment which forms part of LRA's core offer across its 99 libraries. This currently includes:

• 525 public PCs • 96 MFDs and photocopiers • 78 flatbed scanners

Equipment is heavily used and therefore requires periodic cleaning. Cleaning will be undertaken every 4 months with all equipment cleaned at every library each time.
