Work description
South Essex Active Travel (SEAT) is seeking to commission a cycling and walking network review of Southend-on-Sea, Thurrock, Rochford and Castle Point districts. This review must assess the suitability of the road and path network in each area for pedestrians and cyclists of varying skills levels.
