GB-Braintree: Heritage Assets Impact Brief

Braintree District Council is commissioning a consultant to undertake a Heritage Evidence base update. This document will be used as evidence to for the allocation of sites in the new Local Plan.

The study should take account of the National Planning Policy Framework and the approach to the historic environment set out in National Planning Policy Guidance.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
