Human Capital Management System - Implementation Services

This contract is to procure the services of an Implementation Partner to configure and implement software licences for a new performance/talent management system and provide training to system users within Kent County Council. The purpose of procuring the new system was to deliver efficiencies and support delivery of the Finance department savings target. The new system will replace the current manual and paper based system. Automation will save staff time and improve employee productivity on Talent Management tasks. In addition it will provide better and faster insight for staff and managers.
