Soft market Test - Police ESN Radio Managed Service

The City of London Police currently maintains its Airwave radio assets within Force with the responsibility being shared among various departments. As the Force will be transitioning to the Emergency Services Network in 2019/20 consideration is being given to review the option of a managed service in relation to both existing Airwave and future ESN assets.
