Review of Everton Stadium Project

Everton Football Club Company Ltd ("Everton") is currently developing a new c. 53,000 seat stadium at Bramley Moore Dock in Liverpool ("the Project"). The total cost of the Project is in excess of £500m.\r \r The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (the "Combined Authority", "CA") is considering using its economic development funding and/or prudential borrowing powers to support the funding of the Stadium and to enable it to proceed.\r \r The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is looking to appoint an advisor to liaise with our Investment Team as described in the brief for the project.
