Description
Tandridge District Council is seeking to enter into a long-term contract with a single contractor for the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms in occupied and void properties owned and managed by the Authority. This procurement is being conducted under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Council is following the two stage Restricted Procedure that is provided for under the legislation. The PQQ is being issued as the first stage of a two stage Restricted Process with a value below the FTS (previously EU) threshold for Works but above the FTS threshold for Services where a pre-selection stage is permitted. The Council therefore invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete a PAS 91 compliant prequalification questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion in the Invitation to Tender stage.
