Your Homes Newcastle is embarking on a Windows and Doors Replacement Programme valued at £9M over 4 years. This procurement seeks to appoint a Contractor for the initial work programme covering up to 1109 properties primarily within St Anthonys Estate with small number within Shieldfield and Throckley Estates (estimated value £4.5M). Work is to be completed by March 2019. Work is to be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
