Work description
The University has appointed a contractor to undertaken refurbishment works to Level 4 of the Owen Building at City Campus. This project includes redecoration, new flooring, new lighting and new mechanical installations.
This project was tendered via the University's Measured Term Contract for Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works.
