Reserved - D1217 Grouting North and South Cells & Transfer Cell Block Pour

Please note this is a reserved procurement. This contract is reserved for suppliers with a registered office in Caithness. This opportunity is suitable for SME's. The purpose of this requirement is to successfully and safely carryout floor levelling operations on both D1217 North and South main cell floor areas in accordance with Engineering Drawing Z329162 specifications. On satisfactory completion of all works associated with both North and South Main cell floor levelling / resurfacing, thereafter, dismantle and remove all associated concrete pumping pipe work and equipment and clean and washout using the Dounreay concrete washout facility.

To successfully and safely fill voidage areas between the installed 60mm Dia CHS steel tubing and the Transfer Cell floor blocks (6 of) with a suitable free-flowing grout material, thereafter, dismantle and remove all associated grouting equipment (i.e. vents and seals etc) and clean the work area on successful completion of the works.
