Cherwell District Council ('the Authority') are inviting quotations for the Rough Sleeping Assertive Outreach and Verification Service in accordance with this document. The Authority intend to enter into a contract directly with the successful Bidder for a period of 2 years with an option upon the Authority to extend for up to a further 12 months The Contract will be let under the Terms and Conditions provided as Document 1 with this invitation to Quote pack. Please ensure that you have read, understand and are willing to work to these Terms and Conditions before preparing your submission. This document sets out the conditions for participation - i.e. the minimum selection criteria for undertaking work for the Authority- and the statement of requirements relevant to the fulfilment of this particular contract.
